    Brett, Congratulations…
Fred was a great man and mentor to me. He was proud of his ability to always help others and provide the “most defensible plan.” His best attribute was creating relationships both with people and in his design work. As one of his designers he instilled into me that creating safe and interactive space for people was critical to our social structure and that structure is critical for human kind!
    Good luck in your endeavors….
Call if you ever need anything and I will help… Greg Melton MDG
